Our Director is our clinical governance lead and all other staff report directly to her. We are a small company that prides ourselves on our reputation and therefore all complaints are taken seriously and will be fully investigated. To support staff, Physiotherapy2fit provides a fair, open and consistent environment and does not seek to apportion blame. In turn, this encourages a culture and willingness to be open and honest to report any situation where things have,or could go wrong.
