Our competitively priced fee structure reflects our philosophy of excellent care and value for money.
An initial appointment takes typically 45 minutes as we’ll need to discuss the history and nature of your pain. A follow up appointment is generally 30 minutes, although this can be extended depending on your needs and is charged at a pro rata.
Payment is due prior to each appointment. Payment is by secure link on-line through our payment services provider. Please note if you book on-line you have to pay the full fee to secure the appointment.
Using private medical insurance for your physiotherapy consultation
Most Private Medical Insurance companies cover private physiotherapy but it is important that you contact them first to obtain pre-authorisation and ascertain the level of your cover. We can usually bill them directly if we have your Membership number and Authorisation details. Details to check with your insurance company includes: what your policy covers; if you have any excess fees to pay; if you have a certain time restriction on your treatment once you start.
Please note we require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Failure to attend or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur our non-attendance charge of 50% of the first non-attendance and 100% of any subsequent non-attended appointments.
