Massage is the manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance function, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being. Sports massage can be used to aid recovery or for maintenance. All our massage staff have specialist training and as well as your massage are able to advise on exercises to prevent Injuries. Just make sure you ask at the beginning of your treatment so they know you want some exercise time within your session.
